I started my day with a glass of structured water

Breakfast: Avocado smoothie
Lunch: thooyamalli rice, beans sabzi, beetroot thoran, salad, boiled chana.
plus one guava

Note: I keep myself hydrated by drinking plenty of water all through the day. Since my three meals keep me full, I avoid mid meal snacking.
I make sure that I have dinner before 6 pm so that i get a good intermittent fasting window.
