“The 500 Rep” Bodyweight HIIT Challenge – Total Body Workout – Cardio Circuit

This 500 Rep bodyweight HIIT challenge and total body workout is dedicated to one of our fallen Alpha Brothers, Waymon Storey, who on December 23rd, 2021 tragically died in a car accident.

He was an “OG” in my Over 40 Alpha Brotherhood program, which means he finished the first 12 months and was ready to take on Alpha Plus.

This workout and challenge is dedicated to Waymon and after the launch of the workout we will ALL take part in getting this circuit done every December 23rd in memory of Waymon Storey and is family and everything that he brought to the Over 40 Alpha Program…

The Waymon 500 Rep Challenge – AlphaFit Workout
Perform each exercise for 50 reps one after the other as fast as possible resting when needed

1. Air Squats – 50 reps
2. Hindu Push Ups – 50 reps
3. Jumping Lunges – 50 reps
4. Flutter Kicks – 50 reps (each side)
5. Kick Ups – 50 reps (each side)
6. Mountain Climbers 50 reps (each side)
7. Skater Hops – 50 reps (each side)
8. Push Ups – 50 reps
9. Side to Side Rotational Plank – 50 reps (each side)
10. Burpees – 50 reps
