High Protein Sandwich Recipe For Weight Loss – No Cheese – Moong Sprouts Sandwich – Palak Sandwich
sprouts sandwich recipe for weight loss is made with moong sprouts and instead of cheese I used brazil nuts, this healthy no aloo sandwich, palak sandwich is a filling, protein and fibre rich meal to include in your healthy weight loss diet. Sandwich can be enjoyed as a healthy meal or as lunch box meal.
2 slices of sourdough bread
2 tsp wood pressed ground nut oil
1/2 tsp jeera (cumin seeds)
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/3 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp kashmiri chilli powder
1 cup chopped palak leaves
couple of splashes of structured water (water stored in copper vessel)
