easy and quick pudina rice or mint rice is a perfect healthy lunch box recipe made with leftover cooked rice for weight loss and weight management, I used an indigenous variety of rice known as thooyamalli rice. You can use any rice of your choice #vegan #glutenfree
4 -5 shallots, 3 – 4 garlic cloves, 2 green chilies, 1 cup fresh mint leaves.
1 tbsp wood pressed sesame oil, 1 tsp jeera, 2 whole red chilies, 1 onion, 1.5 cups cooked rice, pink himalayan salt as needed, 1/2 lemon
