24 Minute Full Body Metabolic Bench Workout 3
Perform each exercise for 40 seconds of work followed by 20 seconds rest for 4 sets before moving onto the next exercises.
1. Dumbbell Step Ups x 4
2. Rotational Chest Flys x 4
3. Single Dumbbell Bench Preacher Curl x 4
4. Seated Single Overhead Extensions x 4
5. DB Bench Touch Pulls (body against the bench) x 4
